My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, turn inward with curiosity rather than judgment, and begin to understand the protective parts of you that have worked hard to help you cope, survive, and keep going.
Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded in your body, more connected to your inner world, and more compassionate toward the parts of yourself that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unseen.
I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma, burnout, and life transitions such as relationship changes, career stress, identity shifts, grief, and moving through quarter-life or mid-life seasons. Many of my clients are high functioning over-thinkers, highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or spiritually curious people who feel disconnected from others and their intuition or exhausted from constantly living in their heads.
A mind-body-spirit-heart approach to healing
My approach blends traditional talk therapy with somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and contemplative practices including mindfulness, yoga, and Buddhist-informed teachings. Together, we explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how stress and overwhelm may be showing up physically in the body through tension, shutdown, perfectionism, people-pleasing, restlessness, or nervous system dysregulation. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, greater inner trust, and at home within yourself while also giving you practical tools and resources- including your own inner resource!
Nature-based and outdoor therapy offerings
For clients drawn to healing with nature, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, ecotherapy intensives, meditation + yoga outside, and group outdoor sessions and events. This also may include walking through a local park or trail, grounding exercises, art making with nature, mindful breathing, guided reflection, and reconnecting with the body and natural world in a more spacious and supportive environment.

Hey there, I’m Sam
A bold soul and millennial woman who flipped off the NYC corporate world and dove headfirst into a life of healing and service. Swapping late-night shenanigans and burnout for a purpose-driven career, I’m now a licensed integrative therapist in NJ + NY, as well as an ecotherapist, psychedelic facilitator in clinical trials, and certified yoga + meditation practitioner.
I’m here to toss out the old rulebook and empower you to live unapologetically in your truth. Through a unique, evidence-based, and profoundly human approach to self-discovery, I’ll guide you on a journey of authenticity and self-acceptance.
Beyond the titles, I’m a bright spirit filled with loving, boundless awareness, here to serve. My connection to somatics, breathwork, psychedelics, and plant medicine runs deep. Nature is my sanctuary. As for my ADHD? Well, let’s just say it adds some extra spice to it all. And truth, freedom, with a hearty dose of humor keep this fiery Sagittarius cool.
When I’m not delving into the depths of consciousness, you’ll find me dancing through life, on a hunt for the city’s best damn croissant, practicing happy baby pose on the beach, or soaking up the wisdom of Ram Dass.

Individual Therapy:
A warm, relational, and body-aware approach to psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and relationship patterns. Blending evidence-based care with somatic awareness, IFS therapy (parts work) and contemplative practices, this work supports deeper emotional healing, nervous-system regulation, and a more grounded, compassionate connection to yourself. Together, we create a space where all parts of you are welcome and meaningful change can unfold at a pace your body can trust.
Ecotherapy: Individual Groups, & Walk and Talk
Therapy in partnership with the natural world. Through gentle walk-and-talk sessions, quiet reflection outdoors, somatic awareness, meditation, creative expression, and nature-based ritual, ecotherapy supports emotional healing, regulation, and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself and the living world around you. This slower, experiential approach invites clarity, renewal, and connection beyond the walls of a traditional therapy room.
Psychedelic Integration
Compassionate, grounded support for making meaning of psychedelic and other non-ordinary experiences. Integration sessions help translate insight into lasting emotional healing, nervous-system safety, and meaningful life change, while honoring the spiritual, psychological, and relational dimensions of your journey.
